About the role
Open to Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and Chiropractors the Herts Valley MSK Physiotherapy Service are looking for experienced Senior MSK Clinicians who value
to deliver high quality clinical care for people with musculoskeletal conditions.
We are committed to developing and promoting a positive and dynamic image and culture and it is expected that you will contribute to the fostering of productive relationships with key stakeholders such as local GPs, other NHS providers and wider community resources, whilst provide support and training to junior staff and physiotherapy students.

Our Service in Herts Valley
We are looking for skilled, motivated and passionate clinical staff to join the existing team in delivering a fantastic, innovative local service to the people of Herts Valley. Our philosophy of care is based on patient empowerment; ensuring all people have timely access to the right information that allows them to self-manage or make informed and shared decisions about their future care needs. We support staff to understand the importance of a BPS, evidence-informed approach which has shared decision making at its heart as well as a focus on activity/exercise.
Who we’re looking for
You’ll be positive, constructive and approachable, along with being registered with the appropriate professional body (HCPC, GOsC, GCC). We are looking for you to manage a varied caseload of MSK patients, as well as the ability to work under pressure and being committed to CPD.
You should have the desire to facilitate improvement in yourself and the service. You will have excellent and confident communication skills with both patients and colleagues alike. You may have experience of working within the NHS, Public or Private Sector, bringing transferrable skills to Connect.
You’ll be positive, constructive and approachable and carry out tasks with fairness and integrity at all times; along with being well organised, conscientious and capable of working collaboratively with the team.
The majority of clinical diaries, patient notes and patient support resources are administered electronically and as such you’ll have good IT skills and be willing to embrace innovation and technological advances that improve service delivery.
