BrentAbout the roleConnect Health have been asked to manage and deliver the community physiotherapy service on behalf of Brent CCG. Our aim is to build on the success of the previous service through application of our specialist MSK supportive infrastructure.
We expect the service to develop and become larger and as such are looking for skilled, motivated and passionate clinical staff to join the existing team in delivering a fantastic, innovative local service to the people of Brent. You will work in conjunction with the current staff to join and enlarge their team.
Our philosophy of care is based on patient empowerment; ensuring all people have timely access to the right information, allowing them to make informed, shared decisions about their future care needs. We support staff to understand the importance of a Biopsychosocial (BPS), evidence-informed approach which has shared decision making at its heart, as well as a focus on activity/exercise.
Join our motivated, ambitious and fast-growing team. We focus on competency, developing talent and offer great flexibility. You’ll be registered with the HCPC, and a fully qualified Physiotherapist. If you’re able to manage a varied caseload of MSK patients, committed to CPD and have the desire to develop yourself and the service, with a keen eye on improving patient care, then we’d be keen to hear from you.
Developing and promoting a positive and dynamic image and culture, you will be key in fostering productive relationships with key stakeholders such as local Consultants and GP’s, and will provide support and training to other clinical staff and students.
Our Brent Service operates from two different locations; Wembley Centre for Health and Care and Willesden Centre for Health and Care.
