MSK Physiotherapist
Full / part time
Competitive salary dependant upon skills and experience
Greater London
About the role
Connect Health are looking for well-organised and passionate MSK Physiotherapists to deliver quality clinical care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions. Whilst undertaking comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs, you must formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved.
We are committed to developing and promoting a positive and dynamic image and culture and it is expected that you will contribute to the fostering of productive relationships with key stakeholders such as local GPs and community providers, whilst providing support and training to junior staff and physiotherapy students.
Who we're looking for
You'll be positive, constructive and approachable, along with being registered with the HCPC, a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and a fully qualified Physiotherapist. We're looking for you to manage a varied case load of MSK patients, as well as the ability to work under pressure and being committed to CPD.
You should have the desire to facilitate improvement in yourself and the service. You will have excellent and confident communication skills with both patients and colleagues a like. You may have experience of working within the NHS, Public or Private Sector, bringing transferrable skills to Connect.
You'll be positive, constructive and approachable and carry out tasks with fairness and integrity at all times; along with being well organised, conscientious and capable of working collaboratively with the Physiotherapy Team.
The majority of clinical diaries and patient notes are administered electronically and as such you'll have good IT skills and be willing to embrace innovation and technological advances that improve service delivery.
